Warranty
Our 2 year guarantee covers labor on new construction. We also provide a 1 year guarantee on labor for other types of work. Materials, products and equipment carry their own coverage. The retailer's, wholesaler's and or manufacturer's warranty varies and has absolutely no coverage associated to or by us. The warrant or guarantee coverage is in sole discretion of the retailer, manufacturer and or wholesaler, on which we have no influence on.
Response time
The response time for new enquiries submitted through our phone messaging service, email and fax is 48 hours or less in order to get back to your enquiry from the time of message is sent. Messages are retrieved on a daily basis at least 3 times a day. We will contact the sender sooner if possible but no later than two business days from the time of the message.
Privacy statement
No personal information will be disclosed to a third party other than employees and business associates. The RenoBuild Group Inc. does not collect the personal information and or email addresses of persons or companies who email us directly. We only use this information to respond to your enquiries and if required for contact information on any of our follow up documents and or requests whether by person, phone, mail or electronically. When requesting an estimate, purchase order, statement or contract we require your name, billing and job site addresses along with a valid email address. You must be a minimum 18 years of age as stated in our jurisdiction.
The personal information provided will be made available only to relevant persons authorized by us to deal with the request. If for any reason you have received an email from us by mistake please erase the email and notify us immediately. We urge you to keep all the information in correspondence with us private and stress that the information provided by us is under copyright. If you find anyone taking information from our email to redistribute, advertise, use commercially or misrepresent and or any other unauthorized use, please send it to us here support@renobuild.ca and we will immediately take the appropriate actions to deal with any and all possible infringement and copyright violations that pertain to this matter.
Except as provided for above, any personal information collected will not be disclosed to any third party, except in the case of cooperating with law enforcement agencies to aid in identifying those persons using our services for illegal activities. Information may be given even without a subpoena or court order if we believe such illegal activity is being conducted through our services. Otherwise we will keep all information private and confidential..
